John and Shurette Reither
After founding Reither Construction in 1996, John and Shurette have been working side by side in home remodeling ever since. John runs the day-to-day operations as President and CEO, while Shurette acts as the Business Manager.
John started the company as a one-man shop, and performed all of the home remodeling and renovations himself. His days swinging the hammer may be in the past, but he is as determined as ever to keep the business growing. His focus has moved toward building the business so Reither Construction can better build your dreams. He manages Reither’s multiple crews, and make sure the clients stay happy!
Shurette keeps Reither Construction on track financially, and is a great liaison between our clients and our employees. She works hard to maintain those relationships, working closely with both sides. She makes sure there are no communication mishaps and is a vital piece to Reither Construction’s dedication to customer service.
Ryan Silver
Ryan Silver handles the day-to-day operations of the construction business. He’s also focused on growing Reither Construction’s footprint in the industry as we look to grow throughout the Denver Metro and beyond.
Ryan comes from a military background, after spending a decade in the army. He achieved the rank of Captain and was a helicopter pilot. The world of home renovation might not be as exciting as flying a Black Hawk helicopter, but Ryan brings the same precision and drive to every project he takes on.
He is also a pivotal piece in Reither Construction’s growth in the future, and works diligently to serve each customer’s needs.
